Dr. Rawal is by far an amazing doctor who not only is patient, kind and truly dedicated to his profession. Prior to my daughter needing surgery are office visits with him were very personable and he would make sure to include my daughter in the conversation when explaining her Diagnosis. She would leave his office with such ease and how comforting he made her feel. On the day of surgery Dr. Rawal came into the hospital waiting room to explain to my daughter how the surgery would go and what the recovery would look like and always making sure he answered all her questions. Wonderful Doctor!!

Dr. Karas and “Nurse Lisa” (as my kids call her) are both LIFESAVERS. When my son was three years old, my heart broke when I realized that he was pretending to hear me. I don’t think I’ve ever been more upset. But our pediatrician got us in to Dr. Karas right away. He put ear tubes in my son’s ears shortly thereafter. The procedure took less than 10 minutes. My son instantaneously could hear again, normally. When we drove home from the hospital, he said, “Mommy, I like things loud!”😍 Through the entire experience, Dr. Karas was kind, attentive, informative, gentle. He makes everything better. Lisa Gagnon – Nurse Lisa – went above and beyond for our family. She KNOWS when an issue needs immediate attention. She is a real pro! And incredibly nice. I am grateful to both of them.
